**I have this personal rule that I must read the book before watching the movie, I’ve only broken it a couple times.  I like it because that way if the movie is bad at least I don’t go trash talking the whole story, etc…unless the book wasn’t too good as well.  However I don’t really have time to trash talk so there you go :)**

The Heat (Sandra Bullock + Melissa McCarthy = love)

Nearly anything with Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy, Viola Davis, Kristen Wiig, Natalie Portman, Dakota Fanning, or Angelina Jolie

Anything Monty Python (especially Holy Grail & no, I haven’t seen Spamalot yet :()

Anything with Audrey Hepburn (especially Breakfast at Tiffany’s & My Fair Lady)

The Dark Knight (entire series – I’ve loved Christian Bale, since he played Laurie in Little Women…in HS my friends used to tease me about my obsession with him all the time)

Romeo + Juliet, Moulin Rouge, The Great Gatsby (both versions)…yeah I love Baz Luhrmann

Sweeney Todd (movie and musical (amazing school black box production)…loved the movie, phenomenal cast)

Almost anything with Johnny Depp or Helena Bonham Carter (best actress alive)…except the Lone Ranger (she was amazingly hilarious in that though) as well as most Tim Burton movies

Men In Black

Karate Kid (I prefer the original)

Ghostbusters

Gone With The Wind

Harry Potter (aka my childhood…books + movies took me right to age 18)

Anne of Green Gables

Little Women (great cast)

Royal Diaries Movies (they were short but those and the books are actually what began my love for history)

Catch Me If You Can (Fun Fact: The real Frank Abagnale came to my high school as a part of our annual speaker series…it was pretty cool but he has definitely mellowed out a bit)

Shutter Island (amazing movie but I will never watch it again)

Titanic (I’m obsessed with I love Leonardo DiCaprio)

Mean Girls (I can almost quote the entire thing)

The Matrix (especially the first one…I can also quote almost the entire thing & often can be found watching the blue/red pill scene on YouTube)

Star Wars (I like all six)

Lord of the Rings (I like to marathon watch them every year, of course with The Hobbit in three parts, that might prove a bit difficult)

The Amazing Spiderman (Gwen > Mary Jane)

X-Men

Transformers

The Hangover (all parts)

Bridesmaids

Hidalgo

(Just about) Everything Pixar & Disney (especially Lion King (I love the musical as well), Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Bambi (I cry every time) & The Aristocats)

Interview with a Vampire & Queen of the Damned (yes…I actually like Tom Cruise & Stewart Townshend as Lestat)

Underworld (I love Kate Beckinstale)

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (it’s a great movie…some amazing book characters come to life + great cast)

Les Miserables (1998 version & the musical/movie w/Anne Hathaway…unfortunately I’ve never seen it on Broadway (yet))
